Caregiver Network

There are dozens of community cat caregivers throughout Pinellas County who mostly provide their supportive services in isolation: no support from other caregivers, no vacation relief, no help with cat food or supplies, and no access to medical care or TNVR services. Sound like you? Consider joining us!
By becoming a part of Kim’s Cat Crusade (KCC) Caregiver Network, you will be part of a growing and supportive collection of other caregivers for the purpose of accessing support and resources and to help us strengthen our collective voice to the community about the importance of community cat care.
Benefits of Joining KCC
By joining our network, your colony will be recognized as a Kim’s Cat Crusade colony, connecting you to a range of benefits and helping the organization maximize its presence and reputation in the community. These include:
Network Access
Network with other caregivers to learn tips and tricks that can make your service work easier and improve the lives and care of your community cats. Community support is invaluable — to the cats and to each other!
Cat Food
As available, you may receive donated cat food to help offset the costs of caring for your community cats.
Medical Treatment
While free medical care is not always available, we can often find suitable care for cats in need of medical assistance through the KCC network. We will work with you to find affordable, quality medical treatment.
Tax Benefit
As a KCC Colony Caregiver, cat food, supplies or medical care you purchase to care for your colony can be tax-deductible
to the full extent permitted by law. We can help with your tax documentation.
TNVR Resources
As cats join your colony who are not yet ear-tipped, we can help connect you with TNVR programs to have your cats trapped, neutered/spayed, vaccinated, and returned for your ongoing care.
Relief Support
By tapping into the larger network of care providers, we can offer relief to one another as our time permits.
